Our athletes are selected based on skill, experience, and fitness.
We extend our exclusive invitations solely to those athletes who have proven their exceptional ability to make boats go fast, while gracefully sidestepping any unnecessary drama or bullsh*t. We expect you to bring a work ethic that is unquestionable, folded in with kindness and compassion.
We train together, virtually & in person, in preparation for competition. ERA provides racing opportunities to high performance rowers who share the same passions: racing hard, new adventures, and true camaraderie.
We established this team in 2021. Connections and relationships are of the utmost importance to us. We are all linked through shared experiences, college, national teams, work connections. Some refer to us as a rolodex team.
We, however, see ourselves as friends who row...and will continue to support one another and race with one another as long as we are able.

COACH CASSANDRA CUNNINGHAM ON CURIOSITY, CONSISTENCY, AND GROWTH
Cassandra Cunningham, founder of P3 Physical Education, and coach with Endeavor Racing Alliance, has lived by the philosophy of “prior proper planning.” So she knew it had to be the driving force behind her coaching, too. From walk-on at Sacramento State University, to National Team rower, to coach of all levels, Cassandra believes in the power of curiosity to drive success. Our wide ranging conversation for rowers and coaches, touches on the power of sport, positive mindset, being present, trusting the process, and blending with your teammates.
